The DTI Rupture Plug Circulation Valve allows the circulation of fluid through the coiled tubing tool under normal operating conditions. By increasing coiled tubing pressure to a predetermined value, the rupture plug will blow out, thereby opening a flow path from the tool string to the annulus.
This valve is useful when a circulation flow path needs to be opened to the well below a tool requiring a drop ball whilst leaving the tool string inside diameter clear for other operations.
The valve is supplied with a blank plug which can be replaced with rated burst discs with burst pressure setting to suit operation requirements.
